May Camp Raincheck – 06/12 Day Event: Foosball Retirement Party

Hi folks,
It has rained each day at Van Alstyne for the last several days, has rained over 2″ today, and is slated for a 40% chance of rain this Saturday, so I think it best if we not camp this weekend, as I believe that it will be too muddy to be passable..
Instead, we will have a Foosball Retire Party on the afternoon thru the evening of Saturday, June 12, as follows:
Saturday, June 12, 2021.
2:00 pm Assemble at HQ campout for the dismantling of the human foosball arena. Stack the lumber in preparation for the bonfire that starts at dark.
3:00 pm Sharpshooter Competition begins. Bring your .22 rifles, .22 handguns, pellet guns. 1St, 2nd, and 3rd place awards.
Fishing Dock Repair and Fishing Competition Begin. Bring your canoe, jon boat, paddles and life jackets
6:00 pm Begin steak cookoff.
8:00 pm Campfire Begin
9:00 pm Awards given, Rosary, Campfire Ends.
9:30 pm Day is over- return home.
