Typical camp schedule and cost.

This venue is a little farther than usual, about 1:30 from Irving, but it has great features for a successful fishing and learning experience.  Read the venue details for inaccuracy on Google Earth and maybe other maps.

Nearly 1000 acres, with 3 fishing options:

1. A pond stocked with hungry large bass (I was told 3-1/2 to 4 lbs)
2.  2 other ponds with plenty of pan fish

PLEASE come prepared!  Steven Osteen will offer a short recap on techniques, but the whole point is to have dads teach and prepare their son(s).  Be ready for early fishing Saturday.  Everyone brings his own equipment, fishing supplies and bait.

1st Lt. Koch will bring laminated field guides to fishing for those who do not have one.  If you have already received one, please bring it.  Here is a link to an large version of it to help you prepare:
