We will have our annual planning day on Saturday August 24 from 10 am to 1 pm.  We will be once again meeting at the Porters where the pool awaits and we can grill burgers, etc for lunch.

Bring swim suits and towels if you wish to swim.  Since this is not a camping event, fathers may bring adults beverage of their choice.

This year we will focus on structuring advancement and finalizing our calendar.  We will not go past 1 pm.
